Same foot shape here... Scarpa Skookums were the answer for me. They are a 'beef' boot, but I think they tour and hike great. They actually have a better rocker feel while hiking than my F3s.

The comparison I will use is the Spirit 4 by Scarpa. I wear a 30.5/31 in the Scarpa, The toe box is somewhat narrow, but the boot with liner on fits my foot ok. I can do long tours w/o much pain to the outsides of my feet. The Dynafit in a 30.5, w/o the liner is very narrow. My foot folds up on ether side when just shell fitting sans liner. If you have a wide forefoot, you will most likely need to have a sixth toe punch to ensure a comfortable fit

Same issue with me. I have been trying to try these boots on but, they do have a 102 mm forefoot last. That's about as wide as it gets when it comes to ski boots.
