Noob advice needed. Just started last year. This will be my first board. Wanna get a great one and everyone says this is it. Question is I weigh 172lbs and pretty proportional. Should I go 158 for all around or would I be better of as a new boarder with a shorter one?

Go with the 158cm. It will be great for you to learn on as well as last you a few years down the road. Order it up.
