Sunflowerpower. Love the name. There is a tower named "Sun Flower Tower" in the Bridger Jacks in Canyonlands... FYI. Would this be warm enough for W. New York winters? Yes, in conjunction with other layers. If you want a one jacket solution... I would consider a down jacket with a hood.
