I have a 10 ft pelican endeavor kayak with a 23 x 38 cockpit. Would a small cover fit?

Mandy, I have a Liquid Logic ReMix - cockpit is 21'' X 38" and it fits like a glove. You'd really be tugging to cover 23" (W). Maybe one size larger would work better.
