Can you connect blue tooth to an ipod touch and to a phone at the same time? Or do you have to connect wired to mp3 player and bluetooth to phone? does it have an inline Mic if you're connecting to phone? Thanks!

It will only connect to one device at a time. Yes it has a built in mic.
