I have a pretty narrow foot. would these shoes work for me? and i wear between a 9.5 or 10 depending on the brand. do these run pretty true to size??

I have a pair, and I have a very narrow foot. They fit me the best of all the North Face shoes I own (have 6 or 7 pair..). They also seem to run true to size to me.
