Is there a big difference in the boys and girls Denali jacket?...

Is there a big difference in the boys and girls Denali jacket? I would like to get the black one for my son, but it has been retired and is not available in the extra extra small. It is available in a girls, but I didn't know if there was a big enough difference to tell, especially since it's for a 3 year old. Thanks
