Heard the 176 is actually 115 underfoot. Essentially the exact same as the 176 S7, with the womens graphic.... true?

The S7 in size 176 is actually the same dimensions 140-110-118, it's the size 188 S7s that are 145.4-115-123. So at 176, the two skis are the same, just a different top sheet.

The 176 is actually 110 underfoot, so not the same size as the S7. If I am not mistaken Rossi made it for women, and didn't just shrink it and pink it.
