My boyfriend snowboards and wears seperate wrist guards underneath...

My boyfriend snowboards and wears seperate wrist guards underneath his gloves. He's looking for mittens that will fit over top of his wrsit guards. Would these work, or is there a better pair? He's probably a L or XL in size.

try da kine nova with wrist guard (thats the name) pretty comfy and great sturdy palm....would've bought them if they didn't have the guard. otherwise, they appeared to be what i considder a good and probably durable mitten.....MITTENS ARE WAY COOLER!!!! warmer, yet cooler at the same time =)

I can't get these to fit over my wrist guards, but maybe he'll have better luck. Burton makes some mittens that have built in wrist guards, but they are more expensive than these.
