Do these boots fit true to size? If I am a half size should I go up or down?

Go up to the next size and if there is any extra room use a slightly thicker insole to take up the extra volume. That's what I did. They are awesome boots. I have the Raichle version, and have done 20 of the 46 high peaks in the Adirondacks in winter, and haven't had any issues with cold feet. Very solid boot.

Personally I found the GTX version to be a slightly smaller than the LTH version. With a mid-weight sock I went up half a size.

Yep, I got 11 1/2 and they fit well, pretty comfy.
