even with the size chart, I don't understand what the 16.5...

even with the size chart, I don't understand what the 16.5 size translates to. What is that in US toddler size terms? It seems this is the only size you carry.

I got some great size help over at Snowshack.com. Get a hold of them and they will tell you about kids sizes.
