Does this jacket stay dry enough on the mountain while snowboarding?

In short... YES. The outer fabric however is made using an air permeable/water resistant fabric that has a great DWR (Durable Water repellent finish) So, it is not waterproof... but if used in cold environments (snowboarding) and it is snowing a bit you should stay dry and warm. Hope this helps!
