Will this rack fit on a 1999 Dodge Minivan factory roof rack? Do I need any other tools to use this item or do I just buy the rack?

Most fork mount roof racks aren't compatible with factory rack crossbars (the aero/wing shape). If you have round or square crossbars, you're golden.Check the Yakima 'Fit My Car' page to show you exactly what you need:http://yakima.com/dealer.aspx
