This and the Leadville are about the same price, what are the differences between these two jackets? Which is warmer, which breathes better, which is heavier and more bulky? In essence, which is the better jacket, the better buy?

Leadville is primarily Gore N2S and Gravity is a fleece backed stretch fabric called Quicksilver. Gravity is warmer due to fleece lining. Leadville will breath better because the N2S is designed to move moisture away from the skin. Gravity is both heavier and bulkier. That said, Gravity will be best if you want warmth and the Leadville will be best if you want light weight, breathable. Only other caveat is that the N2S fabric (found in main body) is windproof versus the Quiksilver which is wind resistant.
