Write your question here...Would something like this help in Hot and Humid weather, even if you are just playing golf in 100 plus weather? Is there some suggestions as to what might work?

This would cook you. Better would be a very lightweight long sleeve light colored dress shirt (with a collar) sized very loosely. I prefer a polyester one so when you go inside the sweat won't chill you as much.
