I am off to Thailand so need something that will keep the rain out but can be worn in warm temps. Is this a suitable jacket, if not pleae recommend one.

If you are going to Thailand I think you will be very happy with the Marmot PreCip jacket. It is made from Marmot's PreCip material which is VERY waterproof and will also breathe well so that you will not overheat. It is very lightweight and it packs down small in your backpack. Plus with the Marmot name you know you are getting quality.
