Write your question here...What size would you recommend for a sleeping bag ? Mid weight.

This all depends on what type of fill & the temperature range of your sleeping bag. "Mid weight" is a very relative term. For instance if it's a 20 degree down bag you can use the small size (10L) compression stuff sack, but if it's a 20 degree synthetic bag, the medium size (15L) is in order.
