I like the features and the tech they put into this jacket but it looks ... off. Does the computer make it look different than it is in real life. Was debating on getting the Marmot Leadville, is this comprable, is it better? I'm looking for a lightweight softshell I can run in the fall and winter but also wear casually to keep me warm. Which one is better.

It looks a little different than this in person. Where do you feel it looks off? I thought it looked too much like a biker-cut jacket with short torso and long arms. They don't fit that way at all. The torso is definitely longer than it looks. Between this and the Marmot I'd still go with Backcountry. This has a more athletic cut so it doesn't seem as baggy in awkward areas. Hope that helps.
