I just received a 2009 13m Waroo to replace my aging 2008 Rev 13. I pumped up the kite and left it sitting overnight - in the morning two of the struts (middle and leftmost) were deflated. Just contacted best CS, they said to return the kite to BackCountry, however BackCountry is now out of stock on the 13m Waroo. Best CS said that they had plenty in stock and BC can order one if they wanted as a replacement but did not ofer to send one out or even send out replacement bladdres. BackCountry have been very responsive and looking into the case. I really want to keep the kite given all the great reviews and multiple setup options. I have flown Bularoos for 2 years and never had any issues and they perform really well. However, Best can really up their quality control or recall these models to have the bladdres properly replaced/fitted. I kite in the pacific northwest and the last thing I want is going out solo and my kite folding up and dropping due to bladder issues!
