i own the bora 80, and it has a hydration sleeve in the LID of the pack (which is annoying, because all the waterweight is up top - poorly balanced.)
is the bora 35 the same? (is the hydration sleeve in the lid, or does it run down the back of the pack, the way most companies design packs?)

Same as in the bora 80, in the lid. They do this so you can access the reservoir to fill it, which is a pain if it's inside a loaded pack.
