It says it has a fleece lining but under the tech specs it says...

It says it has a fleece lining but under the tech specs it says it has no insulation? Also I am seeing in the q and a section a question is up about it being water proof and the A is 'pretty darn close' but under tech specs it says it is garunteed to be water proof? So is is waterproof and insulated? Thanks!

the Arc'teryx Scorpion is made from Gore Soft Shell; this fabric is totally waterproof/windproof, and has a light fleece bonded to the inside, which adds a bit of warmth over a traditional shell jacket, but not as warm as a jacket with traditional insulation. Nice because it's got some warmth by itself, but not too hot when you're playing hard.
