YES. To be fair, here are the facts: I took my son camping last night the CS UL2. We are in Tennessee and it is a moist/humid climate. It was about 45-50 degrees F last night. We've had way more rain than usual in the past few weeks and I'm not sure how that effects dew etc. The grass was getting wet with dew before dark last night. We had water dripping in our faces in the middle of the night. Not a lot of it, but enough cold droplets of water to wake us both up. Secondly, the tent fly had gathered (as well as the mesh) loads of condensation. If a grown man could exit the tent without touching anything that would be great, but as you can read on other reviews, the fly support pole extends out awkwardly...when I bumped it this morning...it was like I busted a mini-rain cloud in my tent. My thermarests and my sleeping bags were quickly covered with the water from condensation buildup. For my opinion: I don't really know how this compares with most other tents on the market because I'm not a "gear tester" and have limited funds. However, I LOVE backcountry.com because at the end of the day, if I'm not satisfied with this tent, I'll return it. It's not looking good for my long-term relationship with the BIg Agnes Copper Spur UL2. Nice looking tent. Mostly positive reviews. Little space and loads of condensation may cause us to part ways. On a positive note: it is very lightweight. Update: I took this tent again this weekend, also in Tennessee's South Cumberland Recreation Area...temps in the upper 30s. Did not have as much condensation as I did the first time inside the tent, but still had a fair amount. My brother camped in his MSR Hubba tent and had none. It was rainy all night long, the tent fly definitely did its job keeping water out though. It was very dry inside the tent with the exception of the condensation build up on the mesh over my head.

Due to the ultra lightweight nylon and polyester mesh body, the Copper Spur offers excellent ventilation. I have an Emerald Mountain with the same body and there's absolutely ZERO condensation build-up. It breathes very well & stays dry in all rainy situations.
