no powder skirt on the Arc'teryx Venta SV. The hood doesn't stow, but can be rolled, and stays in place when it's zipped. For a powder skirt option, check out the Arc'teryx Fury SV. Same Windstopper fabric, smoother face fabric and a nice tall collar to keep the nose and cheeks warm on the lift when it's howling.
