The Burrito MLC will fit under the seat in front of you, but there are two caveats. If you stow the MLC so the short side is parallel to your legs it may encroach on your neighbor's footspace and engender hard feelings. If you stow the MLC so that the long side is parallel to your legs it may protrude far enough that the flight attendant will accost you.

The MLC burrito does fit well into the overhead compartment. MLC stand for maximum legal carry-on, and the bag was designed specifically to be a carry-on piece. It would fit under the seat depending on how tightly you have the bag packed.
