I believe in this particular jacket, you could go Small. I am 5'6" and 129 lbs. with about a 34 1/2" bust --I wear either a 6 or 8 in tops, usually, and I found the small very roomy. It really depends on if you want a closer fit or a baggy fit. The small seemed roomy, as I mentioned above, but I like a closer fit. My sister is 5'9" --maybe 138 lbs.--and probably wears an 8-10 and she thought the Small was a little close, but she likes to wear her husband's t-shirts and they are way too big on her, so it's all a matter of your preference. I still think a small would fit you, unless you carry your weight in your arms and upper torso. Hope this helps!
