Can ANYONE please tell me how to adjust these straps on the Zong? It feels like the only adjustable strap is the one on the top...is this correct?

Please note the picture on the left. If you need to tighten the straps, simply reverse steps 1-4 and pull in the opposite direction of the arrows. If this doesn't work, unsticking your straps is actually a fairly simple procedure--it's just a matter of having the right materials on hand. I use a solution of Armor-All Vinyl Cleaner and water (half and half), and squirt that down in each slot where the straps come out of the footbed. After letting that soak for a minute or two, take a pair of pliers--careful not to use the part with the teeth as that can fray your straps--and grab each strap right where it comes up out of the footbed. Using a moderate amount of force, twist the pliers towards the inside of the sandal. This should pop your straps free fairly easily. Please do not twist so hard that your hurt your wrist or tear the footbed of your sandal.
