How good is this tent in the rain? Any leaking or condensation? Has anyone taken it on a trip with really heavy precipitation?

Hi Jean, I've used this tent in a variety of conditions, and have experienced minimal condensation problems and no leaks. The pole structure and brow pole keep a good portion of the rain fly off the body of the tent, so it doesn't drip down at all. It is also ventilated well, even better when guyed out fully. Hope this helps!
