the way adult sizing works is first number plus second number mondo = US size, and add 1 to this for women. For kids, this only works with size 2 US (20 mondo) and above 2 + 0 = 2. Count backwards to find smaller sizes. Mondopoint is also the measurement in centimeters. 19mp = 1 US 18 = 13 17 = 12 16 = 11 15 = 10 15 is the smallest boot size made.
