can i wear orthotics with this shoe-- i have plantar fasciitis--- my feet tend to swell by days end-- so i wear a 4E sport shoe now. can i expect relief ? I'm really looking for the best brand for people on their feet all day !! I teach 3rd grade, so i move a lot !!! I wear a 10 1/2 4E now. Any hope for me ?? maybe another type of Dansko ?

The cooper has a removable insole that can come out, you should be able to put your orthotics in it. This shoe has great arch support to begin with and some customers can wear it without an orthotic. It carries the Seal Of Acceptance from the American Podiatric Medical Association, which means doctor approved shoes. With the support in this shoe it will help with your Plantar Fasciitis. Being a 4e you probably would want to buy one size bigger to accommodate your extra width. This shoe is not built as a wide shoe. Good luck.
