Hello,
I bought a north face shell jacket last fall (not on this site) that has an extra zipper inside for a fleece jacket. I don't have the jacket with me to tell you what the model is, but I am pretty sure that it is similar to a standard three-in-one jacket that comes with the zip-in fleece, except that it didn't. My question: Does this fleece zip into a standard north face shell? I use my shell for skiing and cold and snowy weather and need more insulation.

Yes - the Pumori is zip-in compatible - it should work fine with the shell that you have.
