Is it possible to get these on/off with boots on? I know they have ventilation zips but do they widen the bottom of the leg enough? I am looking for a relatively inexpensive new bottom to wear over the gs suit so I don't freeze my boys off...

I don't think you will have an easy time trying to get ski boots through these pants. I would look at The North Face Varius Guide Pants - they are about the same price, and have the full side zip which I think will work way better for a racing cover-up.
