I need a coat that would be good for wearing when I ride my bike in the fall and winter to work. On days with snow or extremely cold temperatures I will drive my car to work. Would this coat stand up to a Pennsylvania winter? If not, please send me some recommendations. Thanks!

That would not be one of the jackets that I would recommend as a winter biking jackets. Check out some of these- I think they will keep you warm, and also be quite a bit more breathable, and have a better fit for biking: 1. North Face Plasma Thermal 2. North Face Sentinel Thermal 3. North Face Redpoint Jacket
