The regular would be perfect and be pretty comfortable for your height. The large would probably be too big and leave you with some cold spots.

I have a pinnacle the 15 degree version. I am 5'11" and 200lbs and I have plenty of room. If you need to pack a bunch of extra clothing or water bottles it maybe tight.
