I'm 6'0, 190 lbs, with a 44 inch chest (suit size 44-Reg), fairly wide shoulders, and an average torso length. I wear an XL in all things Icebreaker, and they fit perfectly. The shirt hems falls about 4 inches below the top of my belt. Not too long, but enough for good coverage and being able to stay tucked in if needed.

large will fit better but the xl will be a little longer, and since you have a pretty long torso, it might be a better bet
