Do these bindings come with an additional 4 hole padded disk/unidisk for mounting on non-burton boards? Or is the matching padded disk exclusive to burton binding/board setups?

The package comes with a 4 hole disk(not padded). Im going to take the pad off of the 3 hole and punch out a 4th.
