This is a shell - it's meant for layering. If you layer appropriately, this jacket will be your best friend in a wide variety of temps.

You would definitely want to throw a few layers underneath this jacket for those kinds of temps.

No, you would be freezin' your tail off. It does have a "thermoliner" but comes equipped with NO insulation in it at all. I would guess anything below freezing, and you're going to be freezing!
