Does this shoe run big or small? I generally wear a size 7.5, so I want to make sure the shoe fits great.

I found it runs slightly large. I wear 7.5 running shoe, but 7's in sandles/dress shoes. I returned mine b/c the 7.5 was slightly large. (plus there's a weird-feeling bump inside... I'm sure it had some wonderful purpose....but wasn't good for me)
