How much room is in the backpack for other gear ie jackets, gloves, food, etc, after the camera gear is all in place?? I would like to be able to take it hiking as well as snowboarding.

I take it BC and it's STUFFED when holding:

skins,shovel,probe (had to buy a specific shovel that would fit in the outer flap)

70-200 2.8

sandwich
hat
misc small BC tools
2 small walkie-talkies

I have to clip an extra layer on the outside, and can't use a hydration bladder (it's got an exterior water bottle pouch that works, you just lose the convenience of the bladder). Overall a sweet pack, but could REALLY use another 40-50% of volume. THEN it would be king.

The ski holder system is sweet too.
