I would put you in anything from a 135-145 board. It depends on what kind of riding you want to do, how good you are, and a few other personal preferences. Hopefully I can help. A shorter board is going to be easier to control, handle, and turn. It will also be better in the terrain park. (135-140 for you) Longer boards go faster, are more stable at high speeds, and are better in powder. (140-145) If I were to pick out a board for you I would go with a more shorter length simply because they are easier to control and handle. You can always go faster by going down a steeper hill. I don't know your exact skill level and what you like to do on the mountain though, so it makes it tough, but for me, I can ride anything from a 156-163 and ride a 158 and love it. And I wouldn't have any problems with going down to a 156 either. I just prefer something shorter and more maneuverable. As for your size 6 shoe, I'm assuming you wrote on your own account (jeff) therefore this is a men's size. You're going to need a size small in bindings.
