I'm 6'0, 190-195, 35 in sleeve.. The large fits well..room for thin baselayer ss or ls, but not much else(closer to form fitting than loose). You could order 2, get free shipping to you and return the one that doesnt fit. Probably about $4-5 to return depending on where you live.
