I'm tyring to decide between the Heckler and the Recon. It says the Heckler is bigger, but I read somewhere that the Recon was actually bigger. I need one that will hold my macbook and a ton of college books for a trip.

Thank you! :)

The Heckler is a bigger bag and works great for a school bag. It can fit a macbook and about 3 thick text books. The recon gets a bit more cramed with a computer and books in it. I'd go with the Heckler.

The Heckler is slightly bigger than the Recon- but it is also quite a bit more boxy, so might be a better shape for a ton of books.
