Usually, I pack my ski bag with two pairs of skis, 3 poles, one pair of boots, spinal-protector and random outerwear spread throughout the bag. If you pack anymore the airline might stop you and give you a big fat fine. And that is really annoying. You should pack your skis with bases facing each other and connected with the breaks. Otherwise, you might run into some problems with your brakes making holes in your bag because of the pressure.

About the same as an ski bag without wheels. They are so much more practical and the wheels roll over anything, even others suitcases...
