I need a wide width (EE/EEE) cycling shoe, road or mtn. What does anyone recommend?

SIDI in road and Nike or Specialized for MTB. Some people find that Northwave cycling footwear runs a little large. Also, like ski boots the "high performance" footwear is usually narrower for a more precise fit. I.E. not all Sidi footwear comes in wide.
