Im moving to a place were it can go up to -60 with the windchill do you think this jacket is compaitable?

I live on the western coast of Alaska and the temp is at -30 plus heavy winds. this coat keeps the wind out. -60 may be pushing it, but there's room underneath for a heavy sweater and solid base layers.
