I am 5'4, 125 lbs. What size would you recommend?
From reading the reviews, I am worried the sleeves will be too long if I order a medium. My sleeve length is approximately 29.5 or 30 from the center of my back.

I recommend that you order a small. I'm not a 100% what the sleeve length is, but The North Face products typically run a size larger than normal. I'm 5'7", 130 lbs and small normally fits me really well. Hope that helps.
