Ranked #147 - Road Bike Frames

It used to be that traditional frames flexed a little bit more since the overall geometry was bigger. However, with as stiff as frames have been getting the difference in flex between the two would be minimal. Sloping frames do tend to react a little quicker when cornering and accelerating than traditional frames but it sounds like that's not a big priority for you. I would say go for the traditional if you're going to be doing longer rides without racing much.
