Hi Joyce. If you haven't done so already, I would get a size Med. They need to fit like a second skin. Not too tight and definitely not too loose. You are right in between our size S and M. In cases like this, we usually size up. You may have some extra length on your ankle area, but as long as the knee is positioned properly and the waist sits in the right place, you will be fine.
