Does the Kelty Redwing Backpack (3100 cu in) meet airline carry-one size restrictions?Second question. My measured torso length is 19 – 20 in. Will the Kelty Redwing Backpack (3100 cu in) be an appropriate size.

My guess is that if you filled the 3100 to its full capacity, you might have difficulty going airborne. But if you don't fill it all the way and use the compression straps you shouldn't have a problem.The 2650 is always a good option.
