Yes, it would probably work. This bag will fit pads that are 72" by 20" (http://www.bigagnes.com/Products/Detail/Bag/SaverySL), and I believe that the SynMat 7 Pump is 70" by 20" (but the SynMat 7 Pump DLX will not fit, because it is 26" wide and 76" long). The only question is that since the SynMat 7 Pump is 2.8" thick, it may take a little work to get it into the sleeve (I use a 2.5" thick NeoAir with my Big Agnes bag, and it is somewhat of a tight fit).
