Anyone use this for running? I need a way to carry water on 10K plus runs and all the packs i tired slosh way to much. Thanks!

i have a 3L camelbak and it doesn't slosh... you need to remove all the air out of the bladder after filling it up. i just turn mine upside down and gently squeeze the air out until water comes out the mouth-piece
